The figs were sweet and soft, the popcorn popped beautifully and came out nice and fluffy. I didn't have a salad so I used the cheesy salad booster on my zucchini lasagna and it was delicious. The chia seeds tasted good alone and when put in water did exactly what they said they would do. Cant wait till tomorrow to try everything again.

| "The roasted unsalted pistachios were marvelous. The sultanas are lucious. The tiny little white popcorn is cute, but the Mushroom Popcorn, made with a little olive oil and a pat of butter tossed in with the popcorn, is SUPERLATIVE and a must have for popcorn lovers. It's SO good that it can be made in a paperbag in the microwave, airpopped, and full of flavor and texture.
For those who want to know how to do the paperbag trick, get a lunch bag size paper bag, put 2 tablespoons of popcorn, fold the top over twice, then cook on HIGH for about 2 minutes. A full bowl takes 4 bags.

I was actually expecting just a plastic bag like the ones normally seen in bulk stores etc. and I was pleasantly surprised to get heavy duty packaging with zip closures for easy storing. The popcorn is Awesome!!! I made a batch for my children and sprinkled the cheese on it and they gobbled it right up. I do have to say I was unfamiliar making the mushroom breed of corn but after some research figured out what I was doing wrong. Oil needs to be super sizzling hot for the kernels to really get that burst. Hope this helps anyone who may have had a difficult time getting those nice big round pieces of yumalicious popcorn. :) I would also like to say thank you for the sample of chia seeds. I made kettle corn for the first time last night and this is the kind of popcorn you want to use. Use a heavy pot 1/3 cup of popcorn with enough corn oil to cover and 1/4 sugar. Turn up the heat just enough to melt the sugar while you stir it with a wooden spoon. When it's dissolved crank up the heat and cover. When it stops popping dump it out and stir it to prevent clumps. A little salt and you're done!
I'll be making it for Christmas for the kids, but I may have to "experiment" a bit more. Might try it with brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon...
This is a great inexpensive treat! Giving the recipe to a summer camp!
