French Granulated Tapioca
French Granulated Tapioca is very small, fine, and white.
Ingredients: 1 qt. Whole Milk or 2% Milk, 1/2 cup Sugar, 1/4 tsp Salt, 3 Large Eggs, 1/4 cup Tapioca Granules, 1/2 tsp Vanilla.
Cooking Directions: In a heavy 2 quart saucepan beat sugar, salt & eggs together well. Add milk & tapioca, mix well with the other ingredients. Over med. high heat bring almost to a boil. Stir constantly to avoid scorching. When it starts to thicken, remove from heat; add vanilla; chill.
