Our beloved grandfather, Poppy Sol, started this business in an open-air market. Three generations later, we’re still bringing smiles to our customers' faces.
Our freshly dried parsley leaves are an excellent herb to add to your culinary repertoire.
Its subtle, almost ethereal, earthy flavor helps to accentuate and complement other, more bold flavors in your dish. A close cousin of cilantro, parsley's use and history similarly dates back centuries to Middle-Eastern, European, and American cuisines.
Today you can find parsley in a homemade sauce or broth where it serves as a cornerstone to the dish's palate or splashed on top of dishes for an extra pinch of flavor.
Coupled with its tantalizing flavor, parsley provides many health benefits as it is a source of flavonoids, antioxidants, iron, and vitamins A and C.
When substituting dried leaves for fresh in recipes, convert at a 1:3 ratio. That is one teaspoon of dried is equivalent to one tablespoon of fresh.
Our dried parsley also pairs well with other seasonings including cumin, dill, oregano, basil, and thyme. If you do not have any parsley on hand we recommend substituting with cilantro or chives to spice up your meal.

“I started ordering pistachio nuts last month and there was not one bad one--I just ordered another 5 lbs. plus other items, spices, etc.
I wouldn't hesitate sending them to friends and family as gifts.
