Spinach Couscous is a coarsely ground semolina pasta made from the hard part of the wheat. It makes an excellent side dish instead of rice. It tastes great when mixed with other herbs, meats, or fish. Cooking Instructions: 1. Boil 1-1/4 cups of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of butter in a saucepan; 2. Stir in 1 cup of couscous; 3. Cover and remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes.
