Whole Wheat Couscous with Cranberries
An amazing and easy to cook side dish, this whole wheat couscous is loaded with cranberries, tons of flavor and beautiful color.
Directions: 2 1/2 cups Boiling Water,2 cups couscous, 2 T. Butter (optional).
Place Couscous w/Cranberries into a bowl. Pour the boiling water over the Couscous and stir to moisten. Cover and let steam for 5-8 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Serve.
