“With high cholesterol my Doctor recommended I add one teaspoon oat bran to my Old Fashion oat meal cereal. (Add with dry oat meal and water, then cook.) He says it will work like a sponge so I am awaiting my shipment to start a healthier life. Thanks in advance.”
