Boiled, fava beans taste great tossed with salt and olive oil and served alongside rich meats. Fry fava beans with garlic, butter and black pepper to enjoy them traditional-style. 5/26 Meaty, delicious! Cooked slowly in crockpot with water, and salt i keep skins on when cooking. I remove skin after cooking. Skin not too thick and eatable. Tasty snacks when chilled too. Tastes kinda like potato but not starchy. Recommend .
