I use Maca powder in my protein drinks for many reasons. The main reason is for its ability to somewhat balance hormone production in the body AND it is high in fiber. Because I put it in my drink I am not able to say what it tastes like, however, I have been using Maca powder a lot of years now.

After having tried Ashwagandha powder in the past, the Maca powder had a much more pleasant (but still mild) flavor than I was expecting, and within just a few days I was already starting to notice it's positive effects! I've been using Maca Powder for a long time. I tried the Nuts.com organic gelatinized option a while ago and prefer the taste to the original. It still retains the benefits for me. I use it primarily in smoothies and it's a great energy boost with exercising.
