This chestnut flower is a great addition to a gluten or grain free diet. I blend it with other flours and it makes wonderful breads and crêpes.

Many “bad” ones but that seems to be expected

I get them every year for my mom and we have only had one bad bag in years of buying them. This year mom says they are delicious.

The chestnuts this year are of inferior quality. They lack flavor and many of them have a "mealy" texture. The packaging is also not acceptable. I have ordered these for several years now and when ordering the 5lb quantity they were always packaged in individual 1lb bags that have small holes for airflow. this year they were packaged in one large bag with no air holes. Very disappointed.

I was so delighted to learn a year ago that Nuts.com sells fresh chestnuts at holiday time. Have received this year's order and they were as wonderful as last year. I promise you, there will be more be ordered in the years to come.

Good flavor but several bad one in first 2 lbs. 2 more pounds left!

I was craving fresh chestnuts, mom & I will prepare & roast them. We eat them roasted & add to stuffing or rice, also want to try a small batch of chestnut soup. Bought 2 lbs to play around with in the kitchen.

Fresh and wonderful

I received the chestnuts in a couple days. They are a good size and fresh. I’m making chestnut dressing for thanksgiving dinner. Turkey is stuffed and ready for the oven. The chestnuts taste delicious.

Nuts is the only place I can find that Carrie’s dried chestnuts to make my families Northern Italian recipe!

Last couple years I have been getting chestnuts from your company because they’re so overpriced and not that good at my local Italian store, so I thought I would try you guys. So I have some for Thanksgiving which I will be cooking soon and then I love the way that you can place the order, and then ship it when we want it. The chestnuts have been very good that I have gotten from nuts.com.

Only place I have found to buy it

I LOVE chestnuts in every form I've ever had....BUT YOURS. These are so hard I almost broke my tooth! I tried soaking them overnight & they were inedible. They were a total waste of money unless you have another way to use them. REALLY DISAPPOINTED
