The tastiest farrow I have had. However, it does take a long time to cook. Once I figured that out I was very happy. SOak it for a few hours and then cook it on the brown rice setting of a rice cooker.

Farro 1st timer. Easy to cook and delicious. Good quality grain.

Healthy grain that cooks up quickly

I have lately developed a craving for farro, and this type is very good. Not sure offhand is this is the type which is supposed to be rinsed before cooking, but I skip that step & the farro still tastes just fine. It usually cooks faster than the package says it would, and that is especially OK when I make this for breakfast & I wake up hungry.

These farro grains are very good fiber. I cook them with diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, spices and bell pepper.

I love it, my daughter didn't. But then, I love whole grain breads and she prefers Wonder.

Ah, farro, where have you been all my life? This grain so flavorful, almost pasta-like (which is my favorite food group). I love the texture, and it cooks up quickly. It is hard to find in grocery stores in my area, so I'm happy to order it online from you. So much yum!

Just dee-lish ! First time I made it myself and it was much tastier that the pre-cooked or frozen . Cooking time is by preference for different textures , whichI liked .

We’ve been using farro in a variety of soups and salads. We ran out and you guys restocked our pantry. Even used in “rice” dishes. It works great for us-flavor and texture are great.

Quite frankly the farro is a bit old. Not like the other brands I usually buy. It tastes alright but took a very long time to cook.

Farro risotto. Yum. Looking for a good farro salad. Again, this grain is so much fresher and better tasting than what I can get in the local supermarket.

We have a recipe for farro,mushroom,spinach dish that is a favorite. This couple of bags will keep that dish going with more recipes to include farro as a major ingredient.

This farro is very nutty and chewy. I cook it in my instant pot and use alone as well as in many dishes.

Discovered this and now it is a staple. You cook it like rice - but it is WAY more nutritious.

This is such a great grain. I use it for every meal - as hot cereal for breakfast, cold over salad greens for lunch, hot rice pilaf for dinner!!

Just try to get farro that’s not hulled. You need the hull to be ‘hul’-thy. Why bother otherwise. This stuff is next level.

Great nutty flavor as always ... I use it as the main ingredient in salads, as well as soups.

Easy to prepare and very versatile. I wanted to try some of these grains and have been experimenting with them in recipes. My favorite recipe so far is farro, butternut squash with pepitas.

We just LOVE this Organic Pearled Farro! Once again, Nuts.com has delivered an amazing product, with amazing customer service-thank you!

This stuff is just amazing--in every way! Yes, you have to do an overbite soak, but that's not too big a deal. It cooks up very much like the pearled farro, but maybe a tad nuttier tasting. Great product! Ordering more as we speak!

All looks good and fresh :) Planning on putting away in buckets with mylar bags and oxygenators for long term storage. Nuts is great to work with!

Found a recipe for this grain so had to order it and give it a whirl. It looks good and I am sure will taste just as good.

This is such a delicious and healthy alternative to rice. I make it with chopped raw veggies and a vinagrette dressing - DELICIOUS!

Wonderfully nutty farro will continue to be a staple in our household

I fell in love with farro when Hello Fresh introduced it to me with a meal. Now I make a big potfull and use it instead of rice or potatoes with dinner. Has a crisp shell texture, even when over-cooked (oops). Your farro appears to e pearled, a fact unknown by your friendly nutters. Cooking directions on bag would be nice. Soak over night, rinse, cover in pot with water, boil,, turn down heat and simmer about 30 minutes.

While I have not tried everything I ordered, so far I am more than delighted. Service is impeccable and I have to say, I love your sense of humor. Already looking to see what else I want to purchase. So happy to have discovered you and the family. Your newest fan, Daria
