“Yes ordered Wednesday afternoon and package was on my doorstep on Friday. Just exactly what others have said online. Awesome! I ordered several different flours and such. Soooo this morning I tried the chestnut pancakes. Have never cooked with chestnut flour before, but husband is from WV & their family have chestnut trees on their property, but mostly they eat them as is. I was not certain that I was going to like them, but let me tell you, they were great! The best part is too that they were gluten free! Can't wait to try the other flours. Thank you so much.”

“Last night we made genoese chestnut pasta recipe using some of the flour. The corzetti pasta shapes turned out beautiful. We served it with pesto and pecorino cheese with some wilted chard.
