Our beloved grandfather, Poppy Sol, started this business in an open-air market. Three generations later, we’re still bringing smiles to our customers' faces.
Dried mango is a true tropical delight. This treat lets you enjoy the luscious, sweet taste of real mangoes anytime and anywhere. Try these dried mangoes as a snack or as part of a delicious dessert. Rich in vitamin A, B-complex vitamins, dietary fiber, and antioxidants, dried mangoes are a wonderfully healthy addition to your diet.
Our Registered Dietitian's Top Pick
Our Registered Dietitian and Health Nut's favorite fruit is mango! Each serving of dried mango has 2 grams of fiber and 20-percent of the daily value for immune boosting vitamin A. Try adding dried mango to trail mix, oatmeal, or yogurt.
Health Benefits of Dried Mango
Dried mango is extremely rich in vitamin A, which keeps skin and mucous membranes healthy so that they can protect against bacteria and viruses. Vitamin A also promotes eye health, and can reduce the risk for macular degeneration, the leading cause of blindness among older adults. Dried mangoes are also a good source of B-complex vitamins, which convert food into energy, relieve stress, and improve red blood cell production.
High in soluble and insoluble fiber, dried mangoes are an excellent source of both types of dietary fiber. Soluble fiber helps stabilize blood sugar levels, increases nutrient absorption, and may reduce LDL “bad” cholesterol levels. Insoluble fiber promotes a healthy digestive system and makes for a satisfying snack. Loaded with antioxidants, dried mango is a good source of the protective compounds that fight off oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

“These are very sugary, more of a candy than a dried fruit, but they are very tasty, and nice and chewy. It would be one way to get a kids to eat fruit.”

“I can't believe how soft, moist, and tasty your dried mango is. I will definitely reorder some. Going to have to store a portion aside because once my daughter discovers how good the dried mango is it won't be around for long.”

“Oh, my! My order was primarily for the sesame seeds, which are always delicious and reasonably priced compared to grocery stores. I use them in my homemade Asian salad dressing. ........BUT I was so glad that I left the dried mangoes in the order - that was the first thing I opened and ate right away! Nummy-num! Natural candy! The dried strawberries were yummy, too! Ahhhhhhhh, heaven!!!!! Love the dried mangoes!!!!”
