Spicy Quinoa Pilaf
This incredible protein packed spicy quinoa pilaf is a great side dish that is easy to prepare. Loaded with tongue tantalizing flavor.
Directions: 2 cups water, 1 cup Spicy Quinoa ,Pilaf 2 tablespoons butter (optional)
Bring the water to a boil in a heavy bottomed sauce pan (add the butter if desired). Add the Spicy Quinoa Pilaf mix to the water; stir once; reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow it to steam, covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.

“Just finished a bowl of this pilaf. They weren't kidding with the spicy part! It was very easy to make in the rice cooker, but was a little too spicy for me (and I really like things spicy).
