These are bad. No taste.

Like that they come like that healthy for yogurt or anywhere you want to use it

They will be good added to oatmeal or anything else like yogurt, smoothies, etc. not tasty alone.

Flavor is pretty good, but I think some things are too small to be freeze dried, it's a lot of skin.

I boil your freeze-dried Elderberries with fresh ginger, a dash of powdered lemon (Nuts.com), a handful of your delicious dried hibiscus flowers for added flavor and a touch of honey. Immune boosting AND really delicious.

These berries are great... high level chi. I cooked them (necessary for elderberries) with some water and a little sugar for about 20 minutes. So good! They are known as a flu/sinus/infection/virus remedy. I just use them with kefir as a healthy dessert. Haven't been sick yet to try them as a remedy but my daughter used elderberries to knock out a sinus infection recently and she is not a "natural" medicine person. She usually takes an antibiotic for sinus infections and has to stay home for a week. I think she was surprised. She went back to work after a couple of days taking elderberry syrup.

Just a few added to my tea pot makes for a wonderful fruity addition and great way to keep the cold season at bay! Just wonderful!

These have less flavor than I had hoped for.. very crunchy. Ended up adding them to a blueberry/banana " nice-cream" , they added a nice crunch and color accent to my dessert dish.

I like to make Elderberry syrup. It all starts with freeze dried elderberries. Your price is really good and the elderberries are perfect.

they were like dry cereal crunchies. not for me, but maybe for others.

Only place I know where I can get elderberries - it is rumored that elderberry tea will fight off cold infections and if you do get a cold you will recover more quickly. Taste good. Freeze-dried so easily storable.

I thought I was buying organic freeze dried elderberries. I am concerned about pesticides.

The flavor is a bit off from what I am used to.

Maybe, it is because I have never tried them before or because I had a different expectation but they were very peppery in taste. They had a mildly bitter flavor towards the end and this is even more pronounced when you (re) add water. I would recommend eating these with like summer salads or more savory-like dishes. It would be interesting to add them to savory pies...

Meh. Can taste a little tartness, but not much more. May try to rehydrate them.

I had never tried elderberries before but had heard they were good for you and wanted to try them. I just received them in the mail and tried some. The berries are a little smaller than I had imagined but they're good.

The product itself was excellent, I've never had elderberries before and was thrown by how very tart they were.

Thanks for the figs, delicious. Finally i got the dried elderberries. Want to make sambucol. Have made it for years now and always gets us thru the winter without getting sick. It was very hard to find a supplier that sold homegrown elderberries. Thank you.

The Elderberries arrived on time and well packaged. Although, I have not tried them yet, they look and smell good. I bought these Elderberries to make Elderberry tincture for a tonic for the flu bugs that go around each year. Everyone that I have had try this who had the flu, has gotten better quickly. This is enough to make quite a batch as well as storing some unprocessed berries for future needs. But I will most likely be buying more again next Fall if local crops fail as they did last Fall. Thank you so much for my shipment, which I just received, along with the free goji berries!! Must tell you, the reason I ordered your elderberry jelly and dried elderberries is because the herb of the month at the Evening Herb Society of the Palm Beaches is elderberries. Trouble is, elderberries here in South Florida don't ripen for another month or so and our meeting is next Tuesday! Elderberry jelly on cream cheese on a Ritz cracker is the perfect appetizer! Haven't figured out what to do with the dried elderberries, but I'm thinking cookies of some sort. Again, thank you so much for coming to the rescue!!

Just received my second order and just as thrilled as I was last week with the first one. That's right... two weeks=two orders. I'm HOOKED. The PUMPKIN PIE FUDGE is the best fudge I have ever had. The dried elderberries will be perfect in my cereal. And elderberry jelly...we like elderberries around here...is delicious. Mild Blueberry/blackberry taste, not bitter. Interesting chewy texture.

We bought these by the case. They make a wonderful syrup, which we all take some of everyday. Helps boost the system, and it really does help with colds and flu, or at least it does around my house! Will definitely be buying more when we're out.

I got my shipment on a Saturday! That was unexpected, and awesome! Of course, I opened the box so I could sample the goodies inside. I tried the Simply Elderberries, which are tart and flavorful! I got the Chipotle Pistachios, which are spicy (not too spicy) and very yummy! Then on to the BBQ Veggie Chips. Wow! These are hard to put down! Smoky and sort of sweet, crunchy deliciousness! I think I filled up on the BBQ chips, because I haven't had a chance to try the rest of the things I got.
