| "I own a bakery in Superior Wi. and I do gluten free breads besides my regular breads. I found out from a friend that Chia added to gluten free breads makes a great product. I brought some of my gluten free bree bread with Chia in it to a support group meeting and the people were amazed at the soft texture of the bread. The Chia also adds fiber and anti-oxidants that I never could have gotten without this wonderful product. I'm the only gluten free bakery in the area using this. Thanks for this wonderful product.

It's known for its great food, but one of the things I loved most were the wonderful dried figs, which were always fat and moist, not dessicated like you find most other places. Into the frig they went since that's the recommendation on keeping them fresh but not before I popped one of each into my mouth. Oh my goodness!! Considering I stumbled across this place while looking for bulk yeast, I can't express how excited I was to find raw organic whole unpeeled cacao beans!!!!! This is, of course, on top of all the lovely things like spirulina, chlorella, noni, moringa, maca (and other) powders and bee pollen! Holy jumpin' jehosanuts! I was literally jumping from one foot to another in the kitchen as I surveyed all my loot spread out on the counter. The free samples always delight - I'm overflowing with gratitude for the cheerful emails, packaging, shipping boxes, and generosity. The glass jar of vanilla bean honey was so well packaged it required a surgical procedure to unpack. My nuts arrived the NEXT DAY!!! Surprisingly, very clean. I already boiled the first batch, having never boiled raw peanuts before (I've always used green peanuts and the season is so short) I was a little apprehensive but they came out fantastic and how nice is it that they will keep up to a year in a cool dark place, so I've read, not that they stand a chance hanging around that long.
I ordered 25 pounds at a very reasonable price and will be ordering another 25 soon! Thank you for a fine product and a great deal.
