Beautiful buttery yellow quality grain. It’s the gain I build my gluten free organic ap flour blend around. Clean and easy to mill.

The only one I found so far that is not bitter. I grind it at home for gluten free baking.

I love the subtle flavor that doesn't overpower the senses, and the hint of sweetness is perfect for blending into gluten-free breads and pastries. I don't even mind munching a handful by themselves (weird, I know) to fill my craving for something crunchy.

I purchased the millet to make breakfast porridge. I can eat it with some butter and touch of salt and pepper or I can use maple syrup and brown sugar to make a sweeter porridge. I use millet because I am gluten free for health reason concerning gluten. It tastes great and usable in soups also.

My parrots go crazy over this stuff!! I order all of my organic seeds, nuts & grains that are in the diet of all of my parrots, (4 budgies, 1 green cheek conure, 1 cockatiel & 1 Indian Ringneck) from nuts.com. I've tried other brands that were less expensive but the quality is visibly just not there. You get what you pay for. Thank you SO much for having such a wide variety of organic ingredients! Our family (including, and probably especially, the parrots) appreciate it.

I used the millet to prepare a pilaf. So fresh! I like to include different grains in my diet.

I buy this for the sparrows, mourning doves, jays & cardinals. Judging by their frequent returns to the yard & pecking at the back window for more that they love it.

Hard to find sprouted millet and I really like it.

A staple in my diet! Besides cooking this millet for breakfast (or added to my overnight oats) and added them to my fiber bars these are also a great tasting quick snack uncooked. I mixed into my homemade trail mix.

Reordered product. I love Millet for the fact it is naturally gluten free. Millet also has a very good taste that comes through in the baked product. Mainly I use it with other flours to make pancakes. In general, Nuts flours are always very fresh.
