Assorted Whole Wheat Fruit Bars:
We are longtime customers of Nuts.com, going back to their early days on-line as justnuts.com. These Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars are favorites of ours, so we were happy to find them on this site. However Nuts.com’s offering of Assorted Whole Wheat Fruit Bars is beyond disappointing and borderline deceptive. Nowhere on the primary webpage for this listing does it show the number of pieces per package or the weight; on the other fig bar listings of single flavors it clearly states right under the price box that the package contains 6 packets of 2 bars each. This assortment pack only has 4 packets of 2 bars each, and the price is the same as the 6 packet offerings. Only after intense searching did I find that you must click on the Product Details Tab, and in the last sentence of the long paragraph it mentions there are 4 packets of 2 bars, but weight is never disclosed. This offering is a surprising MISS for Nuts.com, I like everything about the company and products it offers, but can’t let give this poor deal a pass without pointing out that its a very poor value, and hiding the piece count and omitting the weight are not acceptable. I found that I can get Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars at our local Walmart for $6.72 per box off 10-Twin Packs (total of 20 bars); total weight of 1.25 lbs. Oh, Walmart offers next day delivery in our area also. I’m usually willing to pay more to support small businesses, but for all the reasons above, I won't buy any fig bars here again.Paul, Princeton, WI

Assorted Whole Wheat Fruit Bars:
Thought I would give these a try because I love fig Newtons. Although there is a nice amount of fruit filling, the outer cookie is very dry. And not worth the price because you get four packages with two small bars in each package. Would not buy again when I can get triple amount in the grocery store for the same price as the eight small bars cost.Kathleen, Port Richey, FL

I love these. Since I am on a low carb diet and can't use regular flower, I was pleased to see in the ingredients that these are made with wheat flour. I have tried the blueberry and strawberry as well. I even got my one niece addicted to them since she is pregnant she says that these are great for a snack.MaryJo, Brunswick, OH

Whole Wheat Blueberry Bars:
Tasted more like fig bars than blueberry but they are still good. I haven't tried the freeze dried products yet. I mainly bought them as My daughter likes the Special K cereal but the freeze dried strawberries "run out" before we finish the cereal and I'm hoping to use the ones I bought from Nuts.com to help her enjoy the cereal to the bottom of the box.
