I've been doing more gluten free lately cuz my stomach just feels better when I go easy on the wheat products and I gotta say this is the Best pancake mix ever. I can hardly tell the difference! It's a way more complex blend of flour alternatives than anything else I've seen in the market. And they apparently did some research and experimentation to get this just right. Just enough elasticity and just the right crumble.

Terrific texture and taste! Not too sweet! FLuffy pancakes too. :o)

This mix makes really good pancakes! I like it better than regular pancake mix. The taste and the texture remind me of the sesame dough balls that you get at oriental buffets. I will definitely order this mix again.

Quality is consistent and good. I use this for my GF flour blend and it always works well.

I have mentioned this before. This is the best cassava flour on the market. Cassava flour often has a telltale odor which permeates baked goods. This one does not. I always use it for making gluten free bread.

I just started the Autoimmune protocol diet and never heard of cassava flour. It is a main staple on the AIP diet for many recipes. I made some grain-free tortillas with this flour and the came out great. I was missing having bread so these were a treat. I couldn’t have made them without this flour. I’m getting ready to make another batch right now!

I have reviewed this flour before, but since asked again, I will say it again. Nuts.com cassava flour is the best I have used. I have tried several, even the one most often suggested in cassava flour recipes. This is the only cassava flour that I have found to have little or no telltale cassava odor to it. That makes a difference in bread and other baked goods. Thanks

We have started having pancakes for dinner after we got our hands on this! Soooo yummy!! They're kinda thick, but the taste is terrific. (Our tip - add vanilla & lots of cinnamon...so good!)

I used to use cassava flour produced by another company. We use a lot of cassava and I didn't realize the extreme difference among national brands. This flour is the best quality and freshest available!

This cassava flour is the best I have ever tasted. In other words, it is without the telltale cassava aftertaste and smell of so many of the other cassava flours I have tried--which is most of them on the market. Hopefully it will continue to be available and perhaps, even better, in 5 pound sacks.

I used this in my waffle maker and it works just fine. The batter consistency is perfect if you follow the instructions provided by Nuts.com

Really excellent gluten free pancake mix. Turns out a nice highrise pancake.

I use this and some other gluten free flours to make gluten free waffles; keep them in the freezer--so easy to pop in the toaster!

Mix it with the all-purpose flour to cut down on the salt, great for both waffles and pancakes

Love it. I mix with egg replacer and the GF all purpose with pumpkin/applesauce. And add nondairy milk. Yummy. My family loves them.

Very good tasting but sticks to the pan too much. I tried to use coconut oil or olive oil, as I usually do but the mix stuck so much, it crumbled. I had to use pam to get it not to stick but after I did the pancakes came out very good.

The taste and texture are different but by adding vanilla and blueberries, cooking with coconut oil gives the pancakes flavor.
