Recipe for Yummy Quinoa Cereal

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup  organic quinoa
1 cup  water
1/3 cup  banana
1/3 cup  applesauce

Cooking Directions:
1.  Bring quinoa and water to boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Set aside covered 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mash 1/3 or more banana, add 1/3 cup applesauce, add fee chopped dates, toasted nuts and/or coconut, chopped apple, etc., and a little maple syrup. Add to quinoa. Warm a little or eat as is.

2.  Mashed banana and applesauce are a great base then add what you like.

3.  Yummy.
