Recipe for Wild Rice Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
c turkey or chicken diced
c wild rice, cooked
1/2  c celery diced
c red or green grapes
1/2  c Slivered Almonds
  Dressing
tbsp Oil
tbsp vinegar
1/2  tsp salt
1/4  tsp pepper
1/4  tsp dry mustard
tbsp Crystallized Ginger
cup mayonnaise
tsp sugar

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix dressing ingredients together, refrigerate atleast one hour in a large salad bowl. Mix turkey or chicken, rice, etc and top with dressing. Enjoy! I usually leave out the sugar in the end. It is sweet enough with the grapes and the crystalized ginger. Serves 8.
