| Recipe Ingredients: |

c turkey or chicken diced |

c wild rice, cooked |

c celery diced |

c red or green grapes |

c Slivered Almonds |

Dressing |

tbsp Oil |

tbsp vinegar |

tsp salt |

tsp dry mustard |

tbsp Crystallized Ginger |

cup mayonnaise |

Cooking Directions: |

Mix dressing ingredients together, refrigerate atleast one hour in a large salad bowl.
Mix turkey or chicken, rice, etc and top with dressing. Enjoy!
I usually leave out the sugar in the end. It is sweet enough with the grapes and the crystalized ginger.
