oz white chocolate wafers |

cup butter |

cups sugar |
| 4 |
eggs seperated |

tsp vanilla |
| 2 1/2 |
cups cake flour |

tsp baking powder |
| 1 |
cup buttermilk |
| 1 |
cup chopped chopped black walnuts |
Cooking Directions: |

Melt chocolate over hot water. Do not let chocolate cool. Cream butter and sugar, beat in egg yolks, vanilla and melted chocolate. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Stir in nuts. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Grease pans, line with wax paper, then grease the wax paper.
Two round 9" pans - 350 degrees, 45 min
One tube pan - 250 degrees for 30 min, then 350 degrees for 1 hr longer.
Cupcakes - 350 degrees, 20 minutes.
Ice with Cream Cheese Black Walnut Icing.
