Wheat Free Biscuit & Baking Mix |
| 1/2 cup |
Shortening |
| 2/3 to 1 cup |
Water or Milk |
Cooking Directions: |

Place Wheat Free Biscuit & Baking Mix in a medium bowl. Using a pastry blender or your fingers, cut or rub in shortening until the mixture resembles a course meal. Some pieces of shortening will be larger than others. Add the liquid and stir until evenly moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead briefly. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut out biscuits. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.

FOR PANCAKES
Blend 1 Egg, 2 Tbsp. Sugar, 1/4 cup Oil. Add to 1 1/2 cups Biscuit Mix. Add about 2 cups Water. Makes 18 pancakes. Same recipe can be used for waffles.
