Recipe for Tofu Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
1 8oz.  Firm Tofu
Green or Red Bell Pepper
2 med  Tomatoes
1 med  Pepper Sauce or Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
1 heaped tsp  Spirulina

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix all ingredients together and eat your heart out!
