Recipe for Tapioca Pudding

Recipe Ingredients:
1 qt.  Whole Milk or 2% Milk
1/2 cup  Sugar
1/4 tsp  Salt
3 Large  Eggs
1/4 cup  Tapioca Granules
1/2 tsp  Vanilla

Cooking Directions:
1.  In a heavy 2 quart saucepan beat sugar, salt & eggs together well. Add milk & tapioca, mix well with the other ingredients. Over med. high heat bring almost to a boil. Stir constantly to avoid scorching. When it starts to thicken, remove from heat; add vanilla; chill.
