Recipe for Rice Griddle Cakes

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup  Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 tsp  Baking Powder
1/4 tsp  Salt
1 cup  Warm/Cooked Creamy Brown Rice Farina
1 cup  Milk
Eggs, Beaten
1 tbsp  Butter or Margarine
1 tbsp  Honey

Cooking Directions:
1.  * 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Combine two mixtures- mix well. Drop by large spoonfuls onto a moderately hot, greased griddle. Turn with a spatula when the cakes are full of bubbles, and bake on the other side until lightly browned. Makes 4 Servings.
