Recipe for Pumpkin Curry

Recipe Ingredients:
stick real butter
  fresh garlic- to taste
  fresh ginger- to taste
  salt and pepper to taste
  Curry Powder
  Fresh pumpkin cut up in cubes
cup heavy cream

Cooking Directions:
1.  Melt butter and add crushed garlic and diced fresh ginger. Sautee until tender, add fresh pumpkin and sautee until tender. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup curry powder. Mix well. Add the heavy cream and let reduce to desired consistency. If you are watching fat intake, olive oil can be substituted for the butter and chick stock for the heavy cream.
