| Recipe Ingredients: |

cups brown sugar, firmly packed |
| 1 |
cup granulated sugar |
| 3/4 |
cup water |
| 2 |
cup Pecans |
Cooking Directions: |

Combine sugars and water in saucepan.

Cook mixture until it reaches 238 F or forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat, add pecans.

Return to heat and bring again to a boil.
|

Remove from heat and stir until syrup becomes slighly cloudy (mixture will be thin).

Pour large spoonfuls of mixture on waxed paper to form pralines.
