Recipe for Pesto

Recipe Ingredients:
tbsp coarsely chopped Pine Nuts
garlic cloves, peeled
tbsp extra virgin olive oil
cups basil leaves
1/2  cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/4  tsp salt

Cooking Directions:
1.  With machine running, drop nuts and garlic through feed tube of food processor fitted with the metal blade and process until minced. Add oil, use on/off pulses 3 times. Add basil, cheese and salt, process until finely minced, scraping sides of bowl once.
