cup butter |

cup sugar |
| 1/4 |
cup water |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |
| 3 |
squares semi-sweet chocolate |
| 1 |
cup Coarsely Broken Pecans |
Cooking Directions: |

Combine butter, sugra, water, and salt in heavy saucepan.

Cook, stirring constantly, to hard crack stage 300 F, watching carefully.

Immediately pour into ungreased 13"x9" pan. Cool until hard.

Melt chocolate over hot, not boiling water. Spread on toffee, sprinkle with nuts, and press then down into chocolate.

Let chocolate set for 2 or 3 hours. Break into bitesized pieces.
