| Recipe Ingredients: |

cup butter |
| 1 |
1lb pound box of brown sugar |
| 2 |
eggs |
| 1 1/4 |
cup unbleached flour |
| 2 |
tsp baking powder |
| 1 |
dash salt |
| 2 |
cups chopped pecans |
| 2 |
tsp vanilla extract |
Cooking Directions: |

Melt butter, add brown sugar and stir. Add eggs to butter/sugar mixture, stir. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, stir.

Stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

If desired, dust with powdered sugar befor serving. These are absolutely delicious. Serves 24.
