Recipe for Mush-polo

Recipe Ingredients:
1 Cup  Basmati Rice (uncooked)
1 Cup  Mung Beans
1 1/2 Cup  Water
1 tsp.  salt
1/4 lb  butter or 1/2 Cup oil
  cooked chicken to accompany rice and mung bean dish

Cooking Directions:
1.  This is a Persian dish. Soak 1 cup of mung beans overnight. Prepare your basmati rice with the water, butter (or oil), rice and mung beans. When done serve with a piece of steamed or cooked chicken.
