Recipe for Kamut Muffins

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup  Organic Kamut Cereal
1 cup  Organic Kamut Flour
2 tbsp  Evaporated Cane Juice
1/2 tsp  Sea Salt
1 tbsp  Baking Powder
1 tbsp  Flaxseed Meal
1 cup  Milk

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix dry ingredients, then add liquid and mix until combined. Pour into lined or greased muffin tins and bake at 350

2.  This muffin base is easy to change up, by adding cinnamon or even garlic powder or dried herbs for a savory muffin.

3.  Makes 9 Muffins.
