cup butter or margarine softened
cup sugar
egg
1/2  teaspoon almond extract
1/2  teaspoon vanilla extract
cups all purpose flour
1/2  cup cocoa powder
1/4  teaspoon baking powder
1/4  teaspoon baking soda
1/8  teaspoon salt

If necessary, refrigerate dough about 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.

3.  Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely
