Recipe for Hemp Cinnamon Muffins

Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups  Unbleached White Flour
1 cup  Wheat Bran
1/2 cup  Hemp Protein Powder
2 tsp  Baking Powder
1 tsp  Cinnamon
1/2 tsp  Sea Salt
1 cup  Applesauce
1 1/4 cups  Milk (Cow, Soy, Rice)
2 tbsp  Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup  Brown Sugar
1 tsp  Vanilla

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix flour, wheat bran, hemp protein, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium sized bowl. Set aside. Combine applesauce, milk, oil, brown sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add the flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Sprinkle tops of muffins lightly with brown sugar if desired. Bake about 20 minutes at 350
