||In a large bowl, combine groats, dates, pecans, pineapple and coconut.
||In a small bowl whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in honey, lemon peel and cinnamon. Add cream mixture to groats mixture and stir gently to combine. Serve immediately, or chill for several hours. Serve as a sweet salad or light dessert.
