Recipe for Hazelnut Macaroons

Recipe Ingredients:
cup hazelnut paste
cup sugar
tsp orange peel
1/8  tsp salt
egg whites, beaten stiff

Cooking Directions:
1.  Blend paste, sugar, orange peel and salt. Fold in egg whites. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 oven 15 to 17 minutes, until golden brown. Cool.
