Recipe for Delicious Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups  Soy Milk (Plain)
Frozen Banana
Fresh Strawberries
3 oz  Firm Tofu
1/2 cup  Ice Chips
1 tbsp  Chia Seeds
2 scoops  Protein Powder

Cooking Directions:
1.  Put frozen banana in blender first, add the rest of the ingredients and blend.

2.  Makes enough for two people.
