| Recipe Ingredients: |

9" pie shell, baked and cooled |

cup cooked chicken, finely chopped |

cup grated swiss cheese |
| 1/4 |
chopped onion |

tablespoon flour |
| 1/2 |
cup Chopped Pecans |
| 2 |
eggs, beaten |
| 1 |
cup milk |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon brown mustard (hot) |
Cooking Directions: |
| 1. |
Mix chicken, Swiss cheese, onion, flour and 1/4 cup of pecans.

Sprinkle into cooled crust.

Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over chicken mixture.

Top with remaining 1/4 cup pecans.

Bake at 325 F for 50 minutes.
