Recipe for Chicken Pecan Quiche

Recipe Ingredients:
9" pie shell, baked and cooled
cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
cup grated swiss cheese
1/4  chopped onion
tablespoon flour
1/2  cup Chopped Pecans
eggs, beaten
cup milk
1/2  teaspoon brown mustard (hot)

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix chicken, Swiss cheese, onion, flour and 1/4 cup of pecans.

2.  Sprinkle into cooled crust.

3.  Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over chicken mixture.

4.  Top with remaining 1/4 cup pecans.

5.  Bake at 325 F for 50 minutes.
