walnuts or pecans (pecans are sweeter) |

Cooking Directions: |

In a glass jar, soak nuts and seeds in 1 1/2 cup of water overnight. In the morning, add another 1/2 cup of water and blend. Then add tahini, honey, vanilla, dates and another 1/2 cup water and blend till smooth. This makes 2 1/2 cups. (You can leave out the dates, if you don't want the milk so sweet.)
