bsp roasted unsalted sunflower seeds and pepitas |

tsp cinnamon |

packet stevia sweetener |

pinch salt |
Cooking Directions: |

cover with boiling water and stir (the chia tends to clump)
stir again every few minutes until it thickens - doesn't take long
chop in a banana or some dried fruit and you have a stick to your ribs
