tsp pure vanilla extract |

tsp vegetable oil |
| 1/4 |
cup water |
| 3/4 |
tsp salt |

cup granulated sugar |
| 2 1/2 |
cups GeorgiaPecans |

Cooking Directions: |

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine oil and pecans in a flat baking sheet and roast in oven for 20-25 minutes stirring frequently.

Combine rest of ingredients not including vanilla and cook in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Boile to 236 degrees using a candy thermometer.

Remove from heat and blend in vanilla. Add pecans and stir until mixture is creamy.

Lay individual pecans out on wax paper to cool. Enjoy.
