Recipe for Butterscotch Chip Cookies

Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 cup  Granulated Sugar
1 cup  Brown Sugar
1 cup  Butter
1 tbsp  Vanilla
Eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups  Flour
3/4 tsp  Baking Soda
3/4 tsp  Salt
3 cups  Butterscotch Chips

Cooking Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine sugars; add in butter and cream together with sugar. Add vanilla and eggs; mix well.

2.  In a separate bowl sift the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture. Mix well. The dough will be stiff. Add the butterscotch chips and nuts.

3.  Line the cookie sheet with wax paper. Drop dough with a small ice cream scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield 2 1/2 dozen.
