| Recipe Ingredients: |

Butter (softened) |
| 1 cup |
Buttermints (Crushed) |
| 2 cups |
All-Purpose Flour |
| 1 tbsp |
Sugar |
Cooking Directions: |

Cream butter at medium speed in large mixing bowl until light. Add crushed mints. Add flour.

Blend well at low speed or with a mixing spoon. If necessary, chill dough for easier handling. Roll out or pat down into a 9-inch square on waxed paper.

Sprinkle with sugar. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Using tiny cutters, press a design on each square. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 300 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, until pale golden brown. Do not overbake.

Note: To crush mints, place in heavy plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
