Recipe for Bananas with Brazil Nuts

Recipe Ingredients:
bananas
tablespoons lemon juice
1/4  cup peach liqueur
cup Brazil Nuts, Ground
egg white
1/2  cup heavy cream
tablespoons powdered sugar
berries coated with sugar

Cooking Directions:
1.  Slice bananas, add lemon juice, liqueur and the ground nuts, which have been slightly browned in the oven before grinding.

2.  Beat egg white and cream separately, then combine and add powdered sugar.

3.  Place bananas in a pudding dish, cover with the cream mixture, and garnish with raspberries or strawberries rolled in powdered sugar.

4.  Chill.
