Recipe for Appetizer Date

Recipe Ingredients:
  dates
Container  mascarpone cheese
1 tsp  honey
  pecan halves

Cooking Directions:
1.  Slice the dates lengthwise to make a slit.
2.  Mix a container of mascarpone cheese and about a teaspoon of honey until well blended.
3.  Fill the dates with the cheese mixture and top with a pecan half in each one.
