Recipe for Almond Paste Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2  pound Whole Blanched Almonds
1/2  pound icing sugar
egg white

Cooking Directions:
1.  Grind almonds. Grind them a second time adding the sugar.

2.  Gradually add your egg white working the mixture vigorously.

3.  Use dough hook in mixer or knead on a pastry board. Mixture should be firm and smooth when ready.
