Recipe for 10 Grain Yogurt Quick Bread

Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups  10 Grain Flour
1 tsp  Sea Salt
1 1/2 tsp  Baking Soda
1/2 cup  Brown Sugar
Eggs
1/4 cup  Vegetable Oil
2 cups  Plain Yogurt

Cooking Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, set aside.

2.  In a large bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda and brown sugar. In another bowl beat eggs and add oil; fold in yogurt thoroughly. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix. Turn batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

3.  *To liven up the flavor, try adding a fruit yogurt instead of plain. Makes 1 loaf (12 slices).
