||Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, set aside.
||In a large bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda and brown sugar.
In another bowl beat eggs and add oil; fold in yogurt thoroughly. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix. Turn batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
||*To liven up the flavor, try adding a fruit yogurt instead of plain.
Makes 1 loaf (12 slices).
