“This is DELICIOUS! I combine 1/2 cup hazelnut flour with a teaspoon of onion powder and a heaping teaspoon of smoked Spanish paprika. Shook it up and rolled 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs in it. Sauteed them in hot oil until crispy on both sides. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Unbelievable. I may never eat chicken any other way and virtually no carbs!!!”
