Organic Crystallized Ginger

“I ordered all three types of crystallized ginger. They are fantastic! The organic ginger was my favorite. I'm not sure if the ginger really was spicier, or if it's just because there was less sugar per piece due to their shape, but they were delicious! The diced ginger is cut in smaller pieces than I imagined it would be. They would work well for cooking. It's only been a couple weeks and I've eaten two pounds of ginger! Wonderful products!
