Organic 6 Grain Hot Cereal

A delicious blend of 6 all natural organic heart healthy grains. This makes for an incredibly tasty cereal. Packed with organic whole grain wheat, rye, corn, oats, spelt, kamut, and flaxseed.

Microwave Instructions: In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup 6 Grain Cereal and water. Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.

Stove-top Instructions: In medium saucepan, bring 3 cups water to boil. Add 1 cup 6 Grain Cereal. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered for 10 minutes- stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.

There are approximately 2 3/4 cups per pound.
